We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all kittens sold. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your new kitten within the first 30 days of adoption, you may return the kitten for a full refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Conditions for Guarantee

To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • Health Check: The kitten must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of adoption, and we require proof of this examination.
  • Return Process: If you decide to return the kitten, you must contact us within 30 days of adoption to initiate the return process.
  • Original Condition: The kitten must be returned in the same condition as received, free from any health issues or injuries not caused by our negligence.

3. Refund Process

Upon returning the kitten, the refund process will be initiated as follows:

  • Inspection: Once the kitten is returned, we will conduct a health inspection to ensure that the kitten is in good condition.
  • Refund Issuance: If all conditions are met, a full refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. Exclusions

The Money-Back Guarantee does not cover:

  • Change of Mind: Returns due to personal preference or change of mind after the 30-day period.
  • Negligence or Abuse: Kittens returned with signs of neglect, abuse, or injury caused by the owner will not be eligible for a refund.
